After my back injury I received a negative report from the Doctor, who suggested I would require surgery to correct the problem. My prayer and yours have been complete healing and no surgery. On April 2, 2008 I went back to the Doctors to get the results of a MRI and discuss a plan of action. The report confirmed that I had suffered a minor rupture of one disc and severe rupture of another disc, causing the nerve to be pinched. The doctor explained that the treatment he had prescribed would normally not correct the major rupture. After having me go through a series of test for mobility/pain level he seems to be in amazement. Throughout the test he kept repeating "You must me a blessed man. You are a blessed man", over and over. I finally was able to interrupt him and confirm that yes I am blessed but more important I am a child of God and I believe in the power of prayer. I told him that people have been praying for me and every night and morning I lay hands upon my back and speak healing over my disc. We know the Glory and Honor belongs to our Father, for he is the true Doctor. I was told that it could take over a year to have full recovery and to be at minimum risk of a relapse. My new prayer request is that God will continue to shrink the disk bulge returning it to normal size and I shall be free of any relapse. Thank You Prayer Warriors! - DCH - Maryland |
